These are the people who have ultimate control over the Foundation.
Each O5 member knows almost everything there is to know about the Foundation and its activities. Between them all, they know every single secret that the Foundation holds. They have access to every single area in the facility, with no questions asked. Everything goes through the O5 council, no matter the circumstance.
The O5 Council gamepass is currently listed at 1699
Robux.
1. Do not abuse the permissions given to you.
2. Do not force players to do things against the Rules.
3. Do not abuse the control room.
4. You are not above or exempt from the rules.
5. You are not allowed to order players around though they are allowed to RP with you.
6. Do not order people’s termination.
7. Do not force Alpha-1 MTF players to guard you. Though informing them of their protection duties is allowed.
8. O5 is higher than SiC on the hierarchy.
9. O5 are not allowed to order <abbr title="Kill on Sight">KoS</abbr> at all being this causes team killing.
10. O5 are not allowed to kill people for not following orders unless they are class D. Aka “He didn’t follow O5 orders!” Is not an excuse to kill someone.
Equipment
Originally,the 05 council has access to the Famas G2, an assault rifle which resembles an assault rifle version of the burst rifle Famas F1. The gun contains 25 bullets in a clip.
They also have the Glock 18, a Glock that is fully automatic and fires a large spray of bullets before having to reload. The gun contains 19 bullets in a clip.
The 05 council also has access to an Omni keycard (see Omni keycard), which gives them access to anywhere in the facility except for the control center (requires gamepass)
